An investigation led by Chief Deputy Dan Becker leads to multiple arrests following an investigation into allegations of selling illegal drugs to minors.

During the early morning hours of January 13th 2026 Deputies from the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office and Officers from the Connersville City Police Department served a search warrant at 334 Hickory Dr.
During the execution of the search warrant law enforcement seized nearly 100k dollars worth of illegal drugs, firearms (some of which are stolen), cash, ledgers, vehicles, paraphernalia, and other items related to the illegal sale of drugs.
Two of the arrested subjects who were at the heart of the investigation and their charges are:

Paul A Parsley – 45 years old of Connersville
1. Possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon – Felony 43. Dealing in Marijuana – Felony 54. Possession of Marijuana – Felony 65. Maintaining a Common Nuisance – Felony 66. Obstruction of Justice – Felony 67. Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor – A Misdemeanor8. Possession of Stolen Firearm – Felony 5
Parsley is held on 104k dollar bond

Alexis P Mullins – 26 years old of Connersville
1. Dealing in Marijuana – Felony 52. Obstruction of Justice – Felony 63. Maintaining a Common Nuisance – Felony 64. Possession of Marijuana – A Misdemeanor5. Contributingto the Delinquency of a Minor – A Misdemeanor6. Possession of Stolen Firearm – Felony 5
Mullins has bonded out of jail.
At the time if his arrest, Parsley was out on bond from a similar case that occurred in November of 2024 in which a search warrant was served at his residence, and police made a similar seizure.
All arrested persons are to be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
