Four-vehicle personal injury crash in Columbus


FOUR-VEHICLE PERSONAL INJURY CRASH 365 S NATIONAL ROAD

On November 4, 2021, approximately 1:32 p.m., Bartholomew County Sheriff’s units responded to a personal injury crash at 365 S National Road, Columbus.

On arrival, deputies assisted Columbus Township Fire, Elizabethtown Fire, and Columbus Regional Hospital EMS units who were working to provide assistance to the accident victims.  One driver, a passenger and a juvenile, were life-lined to Indianapolis for treatment.

Another driver, who had been trapped inside her vehicle, was transported by Stat Flight for medical attention.

Two others involved in the crash, were treated and released at the scene.
