From the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department
On 04/30/2024 at approximately 6:28 PM the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a single engine
plane crash in the 7000 blk of W Seymour Rd. Dispatch advised that both occupants were uninjured and
were able to exit the aircraft on their own.
First to arrive on scene were personnel from Southwest Fire Dept. who confirmed that there were no
injuries as a result of the incident.
At this time the incident remains under investigation in coordination with the FAA and NTSB.
