Ingredients
- 2 (8-ounce) packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 tube sharp cheddar cheese, spreadable
- 1 package chipped beef, cut into small pieces
- 4 green onions, chopped
- Crushed pecans (for rolling)
Instructions
- Soften cream cheese and cheddar until easy to mix.
- Combine softened cheeses, chipped beef, and green onions in a large bowl.
- Mix well until evenly blended.
- Shape mixture into 2 cheese balls.
- Roll each ball in crushed pecans to coat.
