24-year old Zachery Losey of Indianapolis was arrested and had an initial hearing in Decatur Circuit Court on Wednesday. He faces allegations involving domestic battery resulting in serious bodily injury, domestic battery, and strangulation. A $250,000 bond was set. John Dorenbusch, Jr was appointed to represent him in court proceedings. A trial date of January 30th was set.
Accused is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in court.
