The Decatur County United Fund mission is: “Together building hope, health, and stability for our community.” Every dollar counts in supporting 16 nonprofits and over 20 programs in the 2024 Making Connections Together Campaign for Decatur County.
HillBilly Corner hosted the second annual Decatur County Small Business Awareness “Get Ducked” Jeep Ride on October 12th. Each year highlights small businesses in Decatur County and this Jeep ride was a
free event with free will donations accepted on site and 10% of sales donated to Decatur County United Fund. HillBilly Corner gave $365 from the event.
With a heart for community, Robin Carmer, Owner of HillBilly Corner states, “We raised our family in Decatur County and have always had big hearts for this community and the people in it. They come from all walks of life and we want to serve our community to the best of our abilities. Giving to Decatur County United Fund is one way that we can do that.
