City of Greensburg Water Board
The meeting began with the approval of the February 3rd meeting minutes.
The board heard from Darren Burkhart where he provided an update on Broadway & 10th Street Project Update. They plan to get permits presented this week and advertise later this month for contractors. He states that they underwent a few changes to clear up the entire process and are moving forward overall.
Aaron Schwendenmann received approval for the Hach Service Agreement with the same equipment and Aaron states that he was able to get the costs reduced. This is a third party who certifies the water equipment. Aaron also received approval to purchase shoring equipment from MacAllister. Aaron submited his February MRO.

The commission approved their February 3rd meeting minutes.
Zach Wirrig, Director of Public Projects provided an update on the Retail Gap Analysis. The current document is just a beginning, and it has 27 pages. He stated that they feel that they are on track to get this completed in the next month or so. Zach stated that they plan to send this out to developers and other companies that they have interacted with and continue to interact with to explain what Greensburg needs and wants.
Brady Rogers presented the April Financial Report. This is the first reporting requirement for the year. This was a review of 2025.
Zach Wirrig presented a lease offer on the 12-acre property. This is the same person that has rented for the past two years. The numbers are similar to what it was last year. The commission approved this agreement.
The commission approved all claims.
