Annual James E. Greiwe Optimist Award Celebrated

On June 11th at 6:30 AM the Greensburg Optimist Group held a meeting at the Bread of Life. With this, the annual James E. Greiwe Optimist Award was given to this year’s recipient Jack Goodman. Jack Goodman has been an Optimist member for decades and has helped serve the community in many ways. The recipient was selected through a committee and this year they voted on Jack as the recipient with a unanimous vote. Following the announcement of the recipient; Barry Goodman shared words to the club about how his father has shaped the community through his service.
