The Decatur County Area Plan Commission met on May 1, 2024, at 7:00 pm.
The board approved the April 3, 2024 meeting minutes.
The board had one petition to review this evening.
* APC Petition 2024-8 – Sean McGinnis, requested to rezone approx. 2.99 acres from an A-1 zoning classification to an A-2 zoning classification for the construction of a single-family detached dwelling. This request falls under Decatur County Ordinance Section Number 915 & 920(7). The property is owned by Richard & Kimberly Hoeing and is located West of 586 E CR 900 S, Westport in Marion Township. The petition was approved.
