NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE DECATUR COUNTY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL IN AN EXECUTIVE SESSION ON MAY 29, 2025
The Governing Board of the Hospital will meet in Executive Session at 5:00 p.m. in Conference Room “D” at Decatur County Memorial Hospital, 720 N. Lincoln Street, Greensburg, Indiana 47240. Executive Session may reconvene following the Open Session of the Board.
The subject matter shall be as follows:
- To receive information about and/or interview prospective employees (IC 5-14-1.5-6.1) (b) (5).
- To receive information and discuss individuals over whom the Governing Board has jurisdiction (IC 5-14-1.5-6.1) (b) (6) (A) and (B).
- To discuss records classified as confidential by State or Federal statute (IC 5-14-1.5-6.1) (b) (7).
- To discuss and prepare competitive marketing strategies (IC 16-22-3-28) (c) (3).
- To discuss and engage in strategic planning (IC 16-22-3-28) (c) (4).
- Peer review discussion (IC 5-14-1.5-6.1) (b) (7) and 16-22-3-28 (e).
