The Greensburg Board of Zoning Appeals met on Tuesday.
William Cleland came to the board requesting a variance for an additional accessory structure. They plan to build a new garage on their property that currently has a shed and garage. The shed will be moved to a new spot and the old garage will be torn down once the construction is complete. This was approved with the condition that they come back in a year to ensure the old garage has been removed.
