The evening began with a Public Hearing for Ordinance 2026-01 Right of Way Vacation (806 E. Randall Street). The traffic committee reviewed and sent this to the city council with a favorable recommendation. There were no public comments or concerns presented during the public hearing.
The monthly meeting began with the council approving Ordinance 2026-01 on first and second reading.
The Roadway Agreement with Fletcher Power submitted a second amendment that has additional roads changed that affect the county and not the city. The council approved the agreement with the amendment.
