North Decatur 8th Grade Volleyball v Southwestern Shelby 9/15

The 8th Grade Chargers improve to 5-3 with a two-set win over Southwestern, 25-19, 25-22.Harper Stewart led the Chargers in serving 13/13, 11 points and 2 aces, and added 9 assists in the Chargers win. Grace Mauer served 11/11, scoring 8 points and 3 aces. Zoey Bingham led in kills with 8 and also tallied one block and added 5 digs. Kenzie Duckworth had 4 digs, Marlee Litmer added 4 digs and 3 aces, and Claire Trenkamp had 4 digs and 5 kills on the night.The Jr High Chargers travel to Jac-Cen-Del on Wednesday for 6 pm start.
