The North Decatur Lady Chargers competed Thursday evening in the annual Phidippides Cup claiming the title over the Cougars with a score of 24-31. Meet winner Dorothy Robbins ran a solid race leading start to finish and setting a new PR in a time of 24:49. Finishing in 2nd palce and lowering her PR was freshman Ava Lecher in a time of 25:21. Coming in 4th was Olivia Reisman 26:17 and sophomore Cecilia Barber 7th tying her PR 27:36. Lauren Miller finished 10th in 32:35 and Senior Philomenia Niese ran a 39:20.
Following the race the Senior Chargers were recognized for all their hardwork and dedication to the program. They include Ryan Hancock, Mason Dimett, Philomenia Niese and Paige Reisman.
