7th grade Lady Chargers fell short to Lady Saints in 3, 6-25, 25-18, 10-15.
Emmy Metz lead the Lady Chargers in serving with 4 aces. Arwen Choate, Lydea Amburgey, Claire Grote, Kendall Nicholson and Emma Koors all had a single ace. Hayden Himes and Autumn Jones helped Lady Chargers with their digging skills.
8th Grade Lady Chargers came out hungry for a win. They defeated the Lady Saints in two sets. 25-19, 25-12. Lennon Hancock and Elizabeth Rennekamp lead the chargers from behind the serving line, both with 5 aces a piece. Ellie Kinker, Elaina Ertel, and Macy Comer each chipped in an ace. Elaina and Elizabeth anchored the chargers in Digs out of the back row. Lennon and Ellie had a combined 5 assists. Macy Comer lead the attack with 3 kills. Harper Ryan and Elizabeth each had a kill a piece.
Lady Chargers will take on St Marys Knights Tuesday night at 5:30 in their first home game.
