Bonita Louise Johnson, 57, of Greensburg, passed away at 2:17 p.m. on Sunday, November 28, 2021 at her residence. She was born on January 9, 1964 in Greensburg, the daughter of Lester Wilbern & Mildred Louise (Ray) Johnson. Bonita was a lifelong resident of Decatur County and attended Union Baptist Church. She enjoyed making jewelry, fishing, coloring and gardening. She is survived by her father, Lester W. (Linda Marie) Johnson of Greensburg; her brothers, Brian (Angela) Johnson of Greensburg, Daniel (Sandra) Johnson of Indianapolis and Robert Johnson of Mason, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mildred L. Johnson. The funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 3, 2021 at the Bass & Gasper Funeral Home in Westport with Pastor Steve Bell. Burial followed at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery. A time of visitation was held on Friday, December 3, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
