Charlotte Ann Ogle, 82, of Greensburg, passed away at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at her residence. She was born on September 19, 1938 in Decatur County, the daughter of Edwin Thomas & Ruth (Miles) Ferdinand. She was a 1956 graduate of Sandcreek High School and had lived in Decatur County her entire life. She owned and operated Ogle’s Beauty Shop for 42 years. Charlotte loved to cook and took cooking classes. She enjoyed going to estate auctions, shopping and sitting on her front porch with a glass of iced tea and visiting. She married Jack Dean Ogle on November 10, 1956 in Westport and they have enjoyed 64 years of marriage. She is survived by her husband; her daughter, Cynthia Ogle and husband, Charlie Owens of Greensburg; son, Lincoln (Julie) Ogle of Indianapolis; step granddaughter, Ashley (Dave) Foster and step great granddaughter, Riley Monroe both of Avon. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Edith L. Middendorf. According to Charlotte’s wishes she will be cremated and there will be no service or visitation.
