Robert Dale “Bob” Mullikin, 66

Robert Dale “Bob” Mullikin, 66, of Westport, passed away at 10:50 p.m. on 

Sunday, December 27, 2020 at St. Francis Hospital after a short illness. He was born on February 5, 1954 in Johnson County, the son of Carl & Geneva (Rose) Mullikin. He graduated from Hauser High School in 1972. He was a carpenter and mechanic by trade. He could build anything and fix all types of motorcycles. He loved his wife Mari and family, riding his motorcycles and his Rottweiler’s, Joe and Duke. Bob always loved to joke and talk to people. He never met a stranger and will be missed by all who knew him. He married Marianne Breeden Money in Columbus, Indiana on February 15, 2008 and she survives. Other survivors include his daughters, Renee (Lee) Timms of Adairsville, GA, Sarah Money (Dave Stroud) of Elizabethtown; his son, Zane Money of Terre Haute, IN; his sisters, Phyllis (Carlos) Mounce of Hope, Mary Conrad of North Vernon, Kay (Kenneth) Barwick of  Elizabethtown, Tina (Harold) McNicholas of Hope, and Teresa Davis (Kevin Young) of Elizabethtown; his brothers, Charles Andrew “Bud”(Jean) Mullikin of  Martinsville and Carl (Sue) Mullikin, Jr. of Napoleon; his grandchildren, Brittney Timms, Brady Timms, Isaiah Mullikin Martin; his great grandchildren, Penelope Deton, Griffen Bullock, Leo Bullock, Tilton Timms, Abigail Stroud and Elijah Stroud; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his beloved son, Isaac “Ike” Mullikin; his brother, Paul Brent Mullikin; his sister, Bennie Imogene Gill. Keeping with the wishes of the family, Bob will be cremated. A private family service will be held at First Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Franklin at a later date.
