Multifamily Apartment Complex Breaks Ground

On June 3rd, the City of Greensburg hosted a special event with an exciting announcement. The announcement is that building for a multifamily 88-unit apartment complex has begun. The company proceeding this project is Ironmen Development and co-owner, Joe Blake showed deep thrill in this project. Other event speakers included individuals with the Indiana Economic Development Corporation and Mayor Joshua Marsh. All of which explained how this complex will improve the local economy, improve housing for families of all ages, and even bring in new citizens to Decatur County. The site is going to be located on 200 S. Broadway Greensburg Indiana which is the site for the former jail. The project is expected to be completed by the summer of 2027.
